These terms summarize how VisiSpace services are ordered, managed, supported, and used.

Accounts and Orders

Customers are responsible for keeping billing and contact information current, reviewing selected services before purchase, and paying invoices by the stated due date. Service activation, renewal, suspension, and cancellation may depend on account status inside the client portal.

Domains

Domain registration and transfer requests are processed through the client portal and are subject to availability, registry rules, and renewal requirements. Customers are responsible for renewing domains on time and confirming that domain contact information remains accurate.

Hosting and Website Services

Hosting and website packages are provided according to the selected plan, available resources, and any agreed project scope. Website design packages may include hosting or domain promotions when stated on the order page.

Customer Content

Customers are responsible for the legality, accuracy, ownership, and use rights of all content, images, logos, files, and other materials supplied for hosting or website design work.

Acceptable Use

Services may not be used for unlawful activity, abusive traffic, spam, malicious software, copyright infringement, attempts to disrupt systems, or activity that harms other customers or network operations.

Backups and Data

Backups are an important protection layer, but customers should keep their own independent copies of important website files, email, databases, and business records.

Support

Support may be provided through the client portal, ticketing, email, phone, or chat when available. Response times can vary by request type, account status, and service plan.

Changes to Services

Plans, prices, included features, promotional offers, and service terms may change over time. Current order details and portal records should be treated as the source for active account services.
